By purchasing from WineStoragePros Ltd, you agree to these terms.

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices and stock availability may change without notice. Errors or omissions may be corrected.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order confirmation email is sent once placed.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s authorised gateways.

Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. Risk transfers to the customer once goods are delivered.

Made-to-order or custom products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where faulty.

All products carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated.

We are not liable for indirect losses, delays, or events outside our control. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by Scottish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
