Delivery Areas

 

We currently deliver to all mainland United Kingdom addresses.

Please note that delivery to non-mainland areas (e.g., Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands) is not available at this time unless otherwise arranged in advance.

 

Delivery Times:

In-stock items: 3–7 working days

Large appliances (wine coolers, fridges, cabinets): 5–10 working days

Made-to-order or bespoke items: 4–8 weeks (varies by manufacturer)

Exact delivery estimates will be provided at checkout or by email after your order is confirmed.

 

Delivery Method:

Most large appliances are delivered on a kerbside delivery service.

This means the courier will deliver the item to the nearest safe access point outside your property.

 

Please ensure:

The delivery area is accessible

 

Someone is available to receive and inspect the goods

 

You check goods for damage before signing

 

If you require indoor delivery, installation, or removal of an old appliance, please contact us before ordering. Additional charges may apply.

 

Delivery Charges:

Free UK mainland delivery for orders over £250

 

Orders below £250 may include a standard delivery fee calculated at checkout.

 

Returns & Refunds:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

 

How to Request a Return:

  • Order number
  • Product you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • We will reply with full return instructions.

For a return to be accepted:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

 

All manuals, accessories, and packaging must be included

 

You must arrange return within 14 days of notifying us

 

Restocking Fees:

Some manufacturers apply a 10%–25% restocking fee for returned large appliances.

We will always confirm the exact fee before approving your return request.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

 

We can help arrange courier collection if needed (fees vary by size and weight).

 

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

 

Report it within 48 hours of delivery

 

Provide photos or video evidence

 

We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue and manufacturer policy

 

Your consumer rights are fully protected under UK law.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

Made-to-order or bespoke items

 

Products that have been installed or used

 

Items not in original packaging

 

Made-to-order items begin production within a short time after ordering. We will notify you if cancellation is no longer possible.
