Refund, Returns and Delivery Policy

1. Order Confirmation
When you place an order, we will pre-authorise your card but will not charge it immediately.
We will then confirm with our supplier that the product is available for dispatch.
If the item is in stock, we will process the payment and arrange shipment straight away.
If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you with an update.
If you have any questions about the availability of an item, please email info@winestoragepros.com before placing your order.
2. Order Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed and payment processed, we will dispatch your order within 5 working days, provided the item is in stock.
You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please contact us at info@winestoragepros.com so we can assist.
Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier, location, or courier service.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order carefully at delivery.
If you notice visible damage, we recommend not accepting delivery.
If you discover damage after delivery, contact us within 48 hours at info@winestoragepros.com with clear photos of the damage.
We will open an insurance claim and work to repair, replace, or refund the affected items in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Cancellations
Orders cancelled within 48 hours of placement can be cancelled with no charge.
Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to processing or restocking fees, depending on supplier terms.
If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Change of Mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations):
You have the right to cancel your order for most items within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund.
You must notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of receiving your item.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item is defective or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund within 5–10 business days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or UK Distance Selling Regulations.
